Ronald Jacob Johnston’s Jr's passion spans from his daily efforts of shaping and molding the minds of young people at Burlington County Institute of Technology to writing, producing and performing music for G&M Productions. Through his gift of music he has achieved significant success as a Grammy nominated artist and has produced 3 projects and continues to collaborate on many more. Ronald’s uncanny ability to make difficult things simplified through speaking has open many doors for him. He not only teaches his high school students but also educates individuals on leadership and valuable life lessons across many organizations. Some of the most recent venues was at Montclaire State University and Cheney University. His keen understanding of leadership coupled with his license in cosmetology led him into the business sector by owning and operating a barbershop for 8 years. He most recently created an LLC partnership to open another barbershop and cosmetology supplies and repair business. As if that is not enough, he also created an app called SocialOneGold that is transforming the ideas of a traditional business card. The consistent fine line that runs through the many ventures that he juggles on the daily basis is his love for God and his people. He currently serves faithfully at Victory in Christ Christian Center where he advises the Music Ministry and the Audio Visual Department while operating in the office of an Elder. Through out the last 15 years of ministry, he has had the privilege of ministering as Youth Pastor, Minister, and Praise and Worship leader. In the midst of all of these accomplishments, he remains a loving husband and father of four beautiful children: Jasmine, Jayda, and Jayna, and Ronald Jayden.
